Nordic Walking at Killruddery
Come and walk the fields and woods of this historic estate with a friendly group and enjoy fabulous views over Bray & Greystones !
Nordic Walking works the upper and lower body at the same time, strengthening the back, legs and arms and reducing neck and shoulder tension – all this while improving the health of the heart and lungs. Exercise intensity is determined by upper body effort so people of all differing fitness levels can walk and talk together.
All you need is a pair of walking boots and loose weather proof clothing. Poles are supplied and classes last for over an hour and a quarter. Classes are led by a qualified Instructor (International Nordic Walking Federation) and we walk through the fields and woods of this beautiful estate.
Classes: Tue at 7pm, Sat 10 am & 11. 30 am and Sundays 11am. €8 per person per class. Other times by arrangement.
